At-Home Workout

Since gyms have been closed and everyone is spending more time at home on the couch, it’s more important than ever to work on physical health and wellbeing. But unfortunately, workouts at home can be challenging; not enough space, not the right equipment, not enough time, and no accountability.

In addition, choosing the correct exercises can be daunting, especially if you’re trying to work out a specific region (like your core), or trying to put together a specific type of workout.

To help you get over all of that, here’s a whole-body workout from Darnell, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer with over twenty years of experience.

Anyone at any level can improve fitness with this routine. It’s simple, quick, and effective. And because you can do it anywhere, with no equipment (other than a suitcase or jug of water), this workout can make exercise a part of your daily at-home routine.
